Corrections for CH4, CO, O2 and HCl

April 2021

CH4: An incorrect default value for the Energy level has been detected (set to 333.333 by the providers). The data have been corrected with the GEISA value of -0.99999 (see  GEISA format description here).

CO, O2, and HCL: Error in the lowest intensities (less than 1e-40) that have been uncorrectely set to 0.
